Beijing Demei High tech Technology Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise registered in Zhongguancun, Beijing in March 2005. Since its establishment, the company has been closely focused on technological innovation and transformation, adhering to the concept of service first and innovative development. It strives to provide customers with excellent, new, and cutting-edge products and services with outstanding product quality and a professional service team, and has been rated as a "high-tech enterprise" for four consecutive times. Since its establishment, the company has been repeatedly rated as an "A-level taxpayer credit" by the Beijing Municipal Taxation Bureau. From 2018 to 2020, it has been rated as a "Gazelle Enterprise" in the Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone for three consecutive years. In 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2023, it was rated as a "National Science and Technology oriented Small and Medium sized Enterprise". In 2022, it was awarded the "Beijing Specialized, Refined, Unique, and New Small and Medium sized Enterprise" by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology. Complete the shareholding reform in 2023, obtain the approval letter for listing from the National Equities Exchange and Quotations in 2024, and hold a listing ceremony on the New Third Board at the Beijing Equity Exchange Center (stock abbreviation: Demi High Tech Securities code: 874388). We have been committed to participating in social welfare activities, not only setting up scholarships to support students and donating software worth 2 million yuan at our alma mater (China University of Petroleum East China), but also assisting in rural revitalization. The framework consists of three main service entities: the Petroleum Development New Technology Engineering Test Center in Dongying, Shandong Province, in cooperation with China University of Petroleum (East China), and the Dezhou Meizhou Branch (Luntai, Xinjiang) and Chengdu Business Unit. Our company is a comprehensive technical service provider for oilfield production, integrating oil drilling and production, and increasing oilfield production. We mainly provide products and technical services related to drilling, completion, well repair, oil production, reservoir, automation system construction and operation maintenance. Based on our own technological accumulation, we provide oilfield development technical support and services to oilfield customers. The technical services mainly include two categories: drilling business and oilfield production and efficiency improvement technical services. We are willing to establish long-term cooperative relationships with various oil fields and professional companies at home and abroad to jointly develop and serve the petroleum technology market.
